turning and milling<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>We turn and mill the machine parts precisely to your technical specifications. The parts are machined based on drawings you provide. Our machines are compatible with all CAQ systems. If you can provide us with the drawings in the form of files, we are able to read the dimensions and design data into the machines. In this way, we save ourselves and you programming and set-up costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the manufacture of shafts, spindles and other long parts, we use CNC sliding headstock lathes that can machine workpieces with a diameter of up to 26 mm. Using our turret lathes, we can machine parts with a diameter of up to 150 mm. For milling, we have state-of-the-art CNC machining centres with travels covering up to 750 x 400 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the scope of these overall dimensions, we manufacture workpieces for you with elaborate internal and external contours, any threads and precise bores.
